Job Summary

DUCAT India is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Coordinator to manage student placements, build relationships with hiring companies, and coordinate recruitment activities for students enrolled in our IT and technical courses. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, networking, and coordination skills, along with an understanding of the IT job market.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate placement activities for students enrolled in technical and IT courses.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies, HR professionals, and recruitment agencies.
- Identify job opportunities for students in IT and non-IT sectors, as relevant to their skills.
- Schedule interviews, walk-in drives, campus drives, and recruitment events.
- Prepare and maintain student resumes, placement records, interview schedules, and hiring reports.
- Conduct mock interviews, resume-building sessions, and basic placement preparation activities.




- Coordinate with trainers to assess students’ technical skills and job readiness.
- Follow up with companies regarding interview feedback, selection status, and joining updates.
- Achieve placement targets and ensure timely placement support for eligible students.
- Maintain placement databases and generate regular MIS reports.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, job portals, and LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of IT roles such as Java Developer, Python Developer, Data Analyst, Full Stack Developer, Cloud Engineer, and Cyber Security Analyst.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work toward placement targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
