- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions, medical histories, and physical abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Design and implement individualized exercise programs using various techniques such as manual therapy, electrotherapy, heat or cold therapy, hydrotherapy, BPT (Body Positional Therapy), MDT (Muscle Energy Techniques), Yoga & Pilates.
- Educate patients on their condition, provide guidance on self-management techniques, and set goals for rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients undergoing orthopedic surgeries or experiencing spinal disorders.
- Monitor progress regularly through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
