About the Role

RawProductions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Photographer to produce high-quality visual content for brands, businesses, commercial campaigns and social media.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of cinematography, photography, lighting, composition and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos and photographs for brands, products, businesses and commercial campaigns.
- Create engaging video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other digital platforms.
- Handle camera equipment, lighting setups, audio equipment and other production gear.
- Plan and execute shoots based on creative briefs, scripts and storyboards.
- Capture product, lifestyle, corporate, food, real estate and personal branding content.
- Collaborate with the creative and editing team to achieve the desired visual style.
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, focus, exposure and composition.
- Organise and manage raw footage and photographs after shoots.
- Travel to client locations when required.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of cameras, lenses,



lighting and professional shooting techniques.
- Understanding of composition, camera angles, frame rates and exposure settings.
- Experience shooting short-form videos and commercial content.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and photo editing is an advantage.
- Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to work with creative briefs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience in brand shoots, product photography, cinematic videos, social media content, real estate, food, fashion or personal branding shoots will be an added advantage.
