Role Description The Photo Editor role at A Business Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City.

The Photo

Editor will manage end-to-end image editing workflows, including retouching, color correction, cropping, and formatting images for digital and print use.

Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining image libraries, performing photo research to source relevant visuals, and collaborating with designers, marketers, and content teams to ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines. The role may also involve basic photography support and video editing for marketing materials, presentations,



and social media content.

The Photo

Editor is expected to meet deadlines, follow creative briefs, and maintain high quality standards across all visual assets.

Qualifications

- Strong Photo Retouching and Image Editing skills, with proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Experience in Photo Research, including sourcing, curating, and organizing images for various campaigns and projects.
- Fundamental Photography skills, with the ability to capture images when needed and understand composition, lighting, and framing.
- Working knowledge of Video Editing for short-form content, marketing videos, and basic motion graphics.
- Attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a strong sense of color, layout, and branding.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly about creative requirements and feedback.
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant coursework or a degree in Photography, Design, Media, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
