Roles and Responsibilities

- Collect blood samples from patients at their homes, ensuring proper handling and transportation of specimens.

- Conduct phlebotomy procedures with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to safety protocols.

- Maintain accurate records of patient information, test results, and sample collections.

- Ensure timely delivery of collected samples to laboratories for diagnostic testing.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve any issues related to sample collection or diagnostic tests.

- Coordinate with logistics and laboratory teams for timely sample submission.

- Handle patient queries professionally and provide a positive service experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in phlebotomy or a related field (blood collection, diagnostics).

- B.Sc / Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) degree required; relevant certification preferred.

- Candidate must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license.
