We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Pharmacist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for dispensing medicines, providing accurate medication guidance, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medicines accurately in accordance with prescriptions and applicable regulations.
- Verify prescriptions and ensure the correct medicine, dosage, and quantity are provided.
- Provide customers with appropriate guidance on medication usage, dosage, storage, and precautions within the scope of professional practice.
- Check the expiry dates of medicines and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Maintain adequate stock levels and monitor inventory.
- Manage medicine purchases, stock receipts, and stock records.
- Ensure proper billing and maintain accurate sales and prescription records.
- Handle customer queries professionally and assist customers in selecting appropriate over-the-counter products.
- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws, drug regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of medicines in the pharmacy.
- Coordinate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm) from a recognized institution.
