Role Description The Personal Companion role is a full-time, in office position based in South Delhi.

The Personal

Companion will provide day-to-day support, including personal care, home care assistance, and companionship to individuals who may require help with daily routines. Tasks may include assisting with mobility, hygiene, meal times, light household support, and monitoring general well-being, while maintaining privacy, dignity, and respect.



The role also involves engaging in conversation, providing emotional support, coordinating basic appointments or reminders, and liaising with family members or caregivers as needed.

The Personal

Companion is expected to follow safety guidelines, observe changes in health or mood, and report concerns promptly to designated contacts.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong caregiving and elder care skills, with experience supporting individuals who need daily assistance.
- Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Candidates should possess home care and personal care skills, such as assistance with routines, hygiene, and a clean, safe living environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, respect boundaries, and follow health and safety protocols.
- Prior experience as a personal companion, caregiver, or in a similar support role is preferred.
- Basic health awareness and ability to recognize signs of distress or changes in condition.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time on-site in South Delhi.
