We are looking for a smart, responsible, well-organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to an Artist to manage day-to-day activities, schedules, and travel coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the artist’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.

- Coordinate show dates, rehearsals, soundchecks, and event schedules.

- Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, flights, and local transportation.

- Accompany the artist during shows, events, and outstation trips whenever required.

- Coordinate with event organizers, management teams, vendors, and other staff.

- Manage personal requirements, shopping, and day-to-day tasks as needed.

- Keep track of important calls, messages, payments, and schedules.

- Ensure the artist’s comfort and smooth coordination during travel and performances.





- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Good organizational and time-management abilities.

- Flexible with working hours and comfortable with frequent travel.

- Well-mannered, trustworthy, and attentive to details.

- Experience in artist management, music, or the entertainment industry will be an advantage.

- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
