Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage manufacturing of perfumes, room fresheners, body sprays and other fragrance products.
- Handle fragrance mixing, blending, dilution, filtration and filling processes.
- Operate and troubleshoot production machinery, including mixing tanks, filling machines, crimping machines, capping and labelling equipment.
- Ensure product quality, batch consistency and production targets.
- Maintain production records, batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GMP, safety, fire safety and statutory requirements.
- Manage raw materials, reduce wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, R&D; and Purchase departments.
- Supervise production staff and ensure safe handling of alcohol, solvents and chemicals.
Required Skills
- Practical experience in perfume and room freshener manufacturing.
- Knowledge of production machinery and maintenance.
- Understanding of quality control and regulatory compliance.
- Positive troubleshooting, planning and team management skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate
- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
