Performance Test Engineer – Gatling

Experience: 5–6+ Years

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid – 3 Days WFO)

Must-Have Skills:

- Performance Testing & Engineering: 3+ years
- Gatling & Scala: 3+ years
- Non-Functional Requirement (NFR) Gathering: 3+ years
- Git: 3+ years
- APM & Monitoring: Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic (2+ years)

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute end-to-end performance testing using Gatling, Scala, and Java .
- Identify performance bottlenecks, analyze results, and recommend optimizations.
- Handle test environment setup, test data preparation, scripting, and documentation.
- Perform performance monitoring and profiling using JProfiler, JVisualVM, SQL Profiler , and APM tools.
- Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, and Git .

Good to Have: JMeter, Postman, Front-End Performance Testing Tools, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle.
