RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Management

- Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
- Drive leads and conversions for sports coaching, memberships, Book n Play and other offerings.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates through audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing and retargeting.
- Plan retargeting campaigns for existing users, inactive customers and unconverted leads.




- Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend based on performance.

Analytics and Reporting
- Track campaign performance across CPL, CPC, CTR, Conversions, CPA and ROAS.
- Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and advertising dashboards to analyse performance.
- Analyse customer journeys, identify funnel drop-offs and recommended improvements.
- Prepare regular reports with actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency.

Creative and Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with creative, content, CRM and operations team to develop effective campaigns.
- Monitor competitive campaigns, industry trends and new digital advertising opportunities.

KEY COMPETENCIES
- Should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience in lead generation, conversion tracking, retargeting and campaign optimisation.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms and consumer businesses is preferred.
- Self-driven with solid adherence to deadlines.
- Should be energetic with a passion to learn and grow.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
