Job BriefWe are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns across diverse industries. In this role, you will manage active ad accounts, run high-converting lead generation and e-commerce campaigns, and deliver clear performance reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and scale performance campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Client Coordination: Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously across various niches and industries.
- Strategy & Conversion: Design tailored funnels for both lead generation and e-commerce sales.
- Budget Ownership: Manage monthly media ad spends exceeding ₹5 Lakhs efficiently to optimize ROAS and CPA.
- Data & Analytics: Track daily metrics,
troubleshoot performance drop-offs, and conduct continuous A/B testing.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and communicate strategic insights clearly to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Agency Background: 2 to 4 years of experience working in a marketing agency environment (mandatory).
- Budget Handling: Proven experience managing monthly media spends of ₹5 Lakhs or more.
- Ad Platforms: Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, PMax), and Google Analytics.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to juggle multiple client projects and tight timelines without sacrificing quality.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a data-first approach to strategy.
- Communication: Strong written and spoken communication skills for explicit performance reporting.
