About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital acquisition and growth across paid and organic channels. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram advertising, and SEM, with a strong understanding of SEO as an added advantage.

You will be responsible for driving high-quality customer acquisition, optimizing campaign performance, and scaling digital channels efficiently while maintaining strong ROI.

Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute and optimize performance, marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels.
- Drive customer acquisition and lead generation through paid campaigns for insurance products.
- Manage and optimize SEM campaigns including search, display, and remarketing.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure productive spend allocation across channels.

Social Media Marketing

- Plan and execute paid social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.




- Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.

SEO (Added Advantage)

- Work with content and product teams to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
- Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and SEO performance tracking.
- Identify opportunities to grow organic traffic and reduce paid dependency.

Analytics & Optimization

- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.
- Build dashboards and present actionable insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with product, tech, and CRM teams to improve conversion funnels and landing pages. Skills & Requirements

5+ years of Performance Marketing experience.

Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

Strong understanding of SEM and campaign optimization.

Experience managing large marketing budgets and driving ROI.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and organic growth strategies will be an added advantage.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
