Key Responsibilities:

- Lead P&C; Consulting Services

Oversee the delivery of People & Culture consulting services, ensuring priorities are managed effectively, service commitments are met, and stakeholders receive consistent, high-quality support.

- Partner on Business and Workforce Priorities

Work closely with business leaders and Strategic HRBPs to translate business priorities into people plans, workforce solutions, and measurable outcomes.

- Drive Strategic People Programs

Lead the execution of key people initiatives, including culture, employee experience, leadership development, capability building, engagement, and AI adoption programs.

- Deliver Organizational Transformation

Support organizational changes including organizational design, workforce restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, employee transitions, and other transformation initiatives.





- Enable Change and Stakeholder Adoption

Build strong relationships with leaders, manage complex people challenges, and drive effective change management, communications, and adoption of current initiatives.

- Drive Operational Excellence and Governance

Ensure P&C; processes are efficient, compliant, standardized, and continuously improved through automation, governance, risk management, and best-practice adoption.

- Lead Team Performance and Insight-Driven Decisions

Develop a high-performing consulting team and leverage workforce analytics and insights to support decision-making, improve outcomes, and guide future priorities.
