Key Responsibilities

As a Pediatric Nurse, you will deliver excellent family-centered clinical care. Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Patient Assessment: Assessing physical and developmental health, monitoring vital signs, and tracking milestones for patients from birth to [18/21] years old.
- Clinical Interventions: Administering medications and treatments precisely calculated by weight; performing blood draws, IV starts, and wound care with a gentle touch.
- Family Education: Acting as a trusted guide for parents and guardians, educating them on diagnoses, treatment plans, home care,



and preventative wellness.
- Crisis Management: Recognizing subtle shifts in a child’s condition and responding quickly and effectively to emergencies.
- Compassionate Care: Using therapeutic play and child-friendly communication to reduce anxiety and create a comfortable setting for young patients.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: BSc Nursing/DGNM
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Certifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications required upon hire.
- Experience: Minimum of [1–2] years of nursing experience, with a robust preference for pediatric, emergency room, or NICU/PICU experience.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the physical stamina required to keep up with active patients.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
