- BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering preferred)
- Relevant experience in Industrial, Structural Steel, and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects

Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Structural / PEB Design Engineer with experience in industrial projects involving structural steel and PEB systems. The candidate should possess strong expertise in structural design, tender engineering, BOQ preparation, specification development, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires active involvement from design development through tendering and project execution support.

Key Responsibilities

Design Engineering

- Perform structural and PEB design calculations for industrial projects.
- Design structural steel buildings, PEB structures, pipe racks, equipment supporting structures, utility structures, and steel connections.
- Prepare and review design calculations, analysis reports, and engineering deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.

Tendering & Proposal Support
- Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, tender documents, and engineering scope of work.
- Support tendering activities including bid evaluations and technical assessments.
- Participate in pre-bid and post-bid meetings with bidders and contractors.
- Respond to technical queries and provide clarifications during bidding stages.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and technical expectations.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Process Engineering disciplines.
- Interface with OEMs, vendors, contractors, consultants,



and client representatives for technical discussions and project coordination.

Project Execution
- Ensure timely submission of design calculations, drawings, reports, and project deliverables.
- Review engineering documents and resolve design-related issues.
- Track project schedules and ensure deliverables are completed within committed timelines.
- Support project teams during design reviews and client approval processes.

Required Technical Skills
- Sound knowledge of Structural Steel and PEB Design.
- Experience in Industrial Plant Engineering Projects.
- Knowledge of Tender Engineering, BOQ Preparation, and Technical Specifications.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software:

- STAAD Pro

- ETABS

- SAFE
- Experience with connection design software such as:

- RAM Connection / RAMCAD

- IDEA StatiCa

- Equivalent connection design tools
- Familiarity with relevant Indian and international design codes and standards.
