HlinkeR Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Payroll Specialist for deployment at our client location in Noida. We are looking for a payroll qualified with strong expertise in end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR operations

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, salary calculations, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Bonus, and Gratuity.
- Maintain employee records and payroll documentation.
- Address employee payroll queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare payroll MIS, reports, and management dashboards.
- Handle offer letter issuance and employee onboarding.
- Work on HRMS/payroll software such as greytHR, Zoho, Nitso, or similar platforms.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 3-7 years in Payroll, HR Operations & Compliance.
- Qualification:



Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and payroll systems.
- Hands-on experience with statutory compliance and payroll processing.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in staffing or consulting organizations will be an added advantage.
