Payroll Executive / Senior Executive

Location: Sargasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred

Salary: Up to 6 LPA

SAP Knowledge: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end payroll processing using SAP.
- Manage salary processing, attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
- Process full and final settlements, reimbursements, and salary adjustments.
- Reconcile payroll data and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related activities.
- Resolve employee payroll queries while maintaining confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant payroll experience.
- Hands-on SAP experience is compulsory.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
- Positive Excel, analytical, and communication skills.
