Job Title: Senior Payroll & Statutory Compliance Manager

Experience: 2–8+ Years

: We are looking for an experienced professional to independently manage payroll, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance for our manpower outsourcing company.

Responsibilities: End-to-end payroll processing and salary disbursement. PF, ESIC registrations, monthly filings, and payments. Labour law compliance, minimum wages, bonus, gratuity, and other applicable statutory requirements. Manage labour licences, government filings, inspections, notices, and audits. Handle contract workforce compliance and client documentation. Ensure timely compliance with all applicable government regulations.

Requirements:



2–8+ years of hands-on experience in payroll and statutory compliance. Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws, and government portals. Experience in manpower outsourcing, staffing, or contract labour companies preferred. Ability to independently manage all compliance activities.
