Key Responsibilities

- Handle patient enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Guide patients regarding doctor consultations, appointments, and hospital treatment processes.

- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and hospital departments for smooth patient care.

- Explain hospital services, consultation procedures, and appointment processes to patients and their families.

- Maintain patient enquiry records, appointments, and follow-up details.

- Address patient concerns with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

- Ensure timely patient follow-ups and smooth coordination throughout the consultation and treatment process.

Eligibility

- BAMS or BHMS qualification (Mandatory).

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital, healthcare facility, patient coordination, or patient counselling (Mandatory).





- Good understanding of medical terminology and hospital procedures.

- Experience in patient communication and hospital coordination preferred.

- Candidates from Pune preferred.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (Mandatory).

- Strong patient-handling and coordination skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

- Skilled attitude, empathy, and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
