We are looking for suitable candidates to work as Companions for:

- 4 Hours Duty
- 8 Hours Duty
- 12 Hours Duty
- 24 Hours Live-in Duty

What Does a Companion Do? A Companion provides practical and social support to elderly individuals and helps them with their day-to-day needs. Responsibilities may include:

- Accompanying elderly individuals to hospitals and medical appointments
- Assisting them during hospital visits and consultations
- Helping them communicate with doctors
- Purchasing and delivering medicines
- Purchasing food, groceries, and other essential items
- Accompanying them for errands and other important activities
- Spending time with them, having conversations, and providing companionship




- Supporting them with basic day-to-day activities as required

The role is primarily about being a trusted and responsible companion, ensuring that elderly clients have someone reliable to assist and accompany them when needed. Companion Candidate Profile The ideal Companion should:

- Be a graduate
- Be able to communicate in English and their mother tongue or regional language
- Be empathetic, patient, responsible, and compassionate
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills

Candidates can come from diverse backgrounds, including:

- Working professionals
- Volunteers
- Employees serving their notice period
- Fresh graduates

We are looking to build a large and diverse database of candidates and applications across different regional languages, educational backgrounds, professional expertise, and skill sets. This will enable us to match the right Companion according to each client's specific requirements. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
