About Apna Electrician

Apna Electrician is a Pune-based electrical contracting and services company focused on commercial and industrial electrical projects, building electrification, office fit-outs, electrical maintenance, CCTV and networking solutions.

We are looking for a proactive Telecaller / Appointment Setter who can contact potential business clients, follow up with prospects and schedule qualified meetings for our business development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Call potential clients such as builders, developers, architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, contractors, factories and commercial establishments.
- Introduce Apna Electrician's commercial and industrial electrical services professionally.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Identify upcoming or ongoing projects requiring electrical contractors or related services.
- Speak with relevant decision-makers, including project managers, procurement managers, owners and facility managers.
- Schedule qualified business meetings and site visits for the company.
- Maintain daily call records, follow-up dates and meeting status in Google Sheets or CRM.
- Coordinate with the lead generation and business development team.
- Submit daily activity and weekly performance reports.

Salary & Incentive Structure 1. Fixed Monthly Payment: ₹5,000–₹8,000

For part-time work, based on availability, responsibilities and agreed working hours.

2. Qualified Meeting Incentive: ₹150–₹300 per meeting

Paid when a relevant decision-maker or authorised project representative actually attends a scheduled meeting and discusses a genuine business opportunity.

3. Qualified RFQ Opportunity Bonus: ₹200–₹500

An additional bonus may be paid when a prospect progresses to a genuine Request for Quotation (RFQ),



BOQ request or site inspection opportunity, subject to verification and prior approval.

Payment Terms & Conditions

- Fixed payment will be based on the agreed part-time schedule and responsibilities.
- Incentives will be calculated monthly using approved call and meeting records.
- A meeting must be attended and meet the agreed qualification criteria to qualify for the incentive.
- Duplicate meetings, existing leads and irrelevant appointments will not qualify unless approved in advance.
- RFQ bonuses will only be paid for verified opportunities that meet the agreed criteria.
- Incentive rates and payment dates will be confirmed in writing before joining.
- No project value commission is included in this role.

Required Skills
- Good Hindi and basic-to-good English communication.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and professionals.
- Polite, professional and persistent follow-up skills.
- Basic computer, Google Sheets and WhatsApp skills.
- Ability to organise leads and follow-ups without missing scheduled calls.
- Reliable internet connection and a mobile phone.

Preferred Candidates
- Freshers interested in sales, telecalling and business development.
- Candidates with BBA, BCom, MBA, MCom or other relevant qualifications.
- Candidates with previous experience in B2B telecalling, real estate, construction, electrical products, interiors or industrial sales will be preferred.

Working Schedule Part time hours and daily call targets will be agreed during selection. Candidates should be available for follow-ups during normal business hours.
