Key Responsibilities

Security Management

- Lead and manage all security operations for the mall premises.

- Supervise deployment and performance of security staff and agency personnel.

- Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans.

- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and access control mechanisms.

- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability checks.

- Investigate security incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.

- Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services whenever required.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory safety and security regulations.

Parking Operations

- Oversee daily parking operations, ensuring smooth vehicle movement and customer convenience.

- Manage parking vendors, attendants, and cash collection processes (if applicable).

- Monitor parking occupancy and optimize vehicle flow during peak hours and special events.

- Handle customer complaints related to parking and ensure prompt resolution.

- Ensure proper maintenance of parking equipment, boom barriers, ticketing systems, and signage.

Team Management

- Manage security supervisors, guards, parking supervisors, and parking attendants.

- Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower planning.

- Conduct regular training sessions on emergency response, customer service, and safety protocols.

- Evaluate staff performance and ensure adherence to operational standards.

Safety &

- Compliance

- Ensure compliance with fire safety norms and emergency evacuation procedures.





- Conduct mock drills and coordinate with facility management during emergencies.

- Maintain records of incidents, visitor management, and statutory documentation.

- Work closely with facility, engineering, housekeeping, and operations teams to maintain a secure setting.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in security and parking management.

- Experience in shopping malls, commercial buildings, retail, hospitality, or large integrated facilities is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, fire safety, and emergency response.

- Familiarity with parking management systems and vendor management.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle emergency situations.
