About the Opportunity

We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Social Specialist to join a growing global digital marketing setting. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, optimizing advertising performance, and supporting international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Quora.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and advertising spend.
- Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI, conversions, and cost efficiency.
- Develop A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and campaign formats.
- Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, web development, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging advertising technologies, and platform best practices.
- Ensure campaigns follow platform policies and data privacy standards.

Mandatory Skills

- 4+ years of experience in paid social media campaigns,



media buying, and campaign strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social advertising platforms.
- Strong campaign optimization, budget management, and performance analysis skills.
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign reporting, and ROI improvement.
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of at least one third-party bid management tool.

Preferred Experience

- Experience managing campaigns for international markets such as the US, UK, Europe, or Australia.
- Exposure to global clients, multi-market campaigns, or international marketing teams.
- Experience across multiple paid social platforms.
