Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, forward-thinking Occupational Therapist or Pediatric

Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will lead direct individual therapy sessions while embedding family-based interventions, ensuring families are empowered active partners in their child's developmental journey.

Interdisciplinary synergy is central to our clinical practice. You will work closely with Speech-Language and Communication Therapists to co-create Collaborative Goal Sheets featuring high-impact functional goals aligned with international goal-setting standards (e.g., ICF framework,

SMART goals) and evidence-based clinical research. We are seeking professionals looking for long-term growth who are committed to a minimum 1-year tenure with the intent to grow,

evolve, and shape future collaborative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Direct & Family-Inclusive Therapy: Plan and execute evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs. Actively engage parents and caregivers during sessions to train them on home-based intervention strategies.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration & Collaborative Goal Sheets: Partner closely with Speech-Language and Communication Therapists to co-create Collaborative Goal Sheets. Develop functional goals that adhere to international goal-setting standards and integrate Organization’s internal evidence-based research.

Daily Documentation & Observation: Maintain precise, up-to-date daily session notes, clinical observations, and quantitative goal tracking in accordance with Organization’s documentation protocols.

Progress Reporting & Team Case Reviews: Regularly present and evaluate child progress, goal attainment,



and therapeutic milestones during multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical case discussions.

Assessment Support: Assist senior therapists and clinical mentors during comprehensive baseline, diagnostic, and periodic developmental evaluations.

Outreach & Center Initiatives: Participate in and support Organization’s in-house workshops, community awareness events, developmental screening camps, and external outreach programs.

Commitment to Organizational Progress: Dedicate to a minimum 1-year tenure, contributing to team progress, internal learning, and long-term future collaborative initiatives.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT) or Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT with a pediatric specialization).

Licensure: Valid registration with the relevant state/national council (e.g., OT Council / PT Council).

Commitment: Willingness to commit to a minimum 1-year association with Organization, with a long-term interest in organizational progress and collaborative growth.

Experience: Experience working with pediatric populations (neurodevelopmental conditions, sensory processing differences, motor delays) is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong clinical foundations and collaborative mindsets are welcome to apply.

Core Competencies: Excellent clinical reasoning, understanding of international goal-setting frameworks, interdisciplinary teamwork, parent communication, and meticulous documentation habits.
