- Material Selection: Choose appropriate, cost-effective materials—such as plastics, paper, glass, metal, or biodegradable composites—based on durability and barrier needs. [1, 2]
- Performance Testing: Subject packages to simulated hazards like drop tests, vibration/shake checks, compression, and moisture or temperature exposure to ensure products stay secure. [1]
