Role Description The Owner role at Liger Infotech is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. This role involves overseeing overall business strategy, leading client engagements, and guiding the design and development of mobile applications to ensure quality, innovation, and timely delivery. The Owner is responsible for managing key business operations, including project prioritization, resource allocation, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with technical and creative teams,



maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, and identifying new market opportunities and service offerings. The role also includes setting company goals, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture, and representing the organization in industry and networking events.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to mentor cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
- Experience in business strategy, operations management, and financial planning, preferably within the technology or software development sector.
- Understanding of mobile app development processes (iOS and Android), including product design, user experience, and agile project management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and customers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to grow a business, identify new opportunities, and drive innovation in digital products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree or prior ownership/leadership experience in a tech company is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in office in Surat and collaborating in a diverse, inclusive, and fast-paced environment.
