Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing overall business operations and strategic direction. Day-to-day activities include managing client relationships, supervising project delivery, and ensuring that services meet quality and performance expectations. The individual in this role will lead business development initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and guide marketing and sales efforts to expand the customer base.

Additional responsibilities include financial oversight, resource allocation, and building a strong team culture that supports innovation and accountability.



The Owner will also represent the company in external partnerships, vendor negotiations, and community engagements.

Qualifications

- Ability to oversee business strategy, operations, and long-term planning, including setting goals and monitoring performance.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with experience in hiring, mentoring, and building high-performing teams.
- Business development and client management skills, including negotiation, relationship building, and customer service orientation.
- Foundational understanding of information technology and web solutions, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical staff and clients.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and basic familiarity with financial reports and metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, information technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience as a business owner or senior manager is highly valued.
