Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the outlet.

- Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve operational targets.

- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

- Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Monitor stock levels, inventory, and material requirements.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Monitor sales, expenses, and outlet performance.

- Prepare daily sales reports and operational reports.

- Manage staff attendance, shift scheduling, and task allocation.

- Minimize food wastage and control operational costs.

- Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and closing procedures.

- Support promotional activities and implement company initiatives at the outlet.

- Maintain discipline and ensure a positive working environment.

- Report operational issues and performance updates to the management team.

Requirements and Qualifications





- Previous experience in restaurant, QSR, or food service operations is preferred.

- Freshers with strong leadership and communication skills may also be considered.

- Good team management and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of inventory management, sales reporting, and cash handling.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Robust sense of responsibility, discipline, and accountability.
