Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Mandatory Domain Expertise OTC Dispute Resolution

- Experience Range - 2 to 6Years

- Shift timings - Night Shift(Expecting to be flexible as per BU discretion/Schedules)

- Mode of Work - Work from Office

- Notice Period - Immediate

Additional expectations - Positive communication skills with relevant domain experience.

- Handle customer disputes related to invoices, payments, deductions, and credit notes.

- Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.

- Contact customers via calls and emails to gather dispute details.

- Coordinate with internal teams for timely dispute resolution.

- Negotiate and reach mutually acceptable resolutions.

- Ensure timely closure of disputes to reduce ageing receivables.

- Maintain accurate dispute records in ERP and tracking systems.

- Follow company policies and compliance requirements.

- Prepare dispute status and resolution reports.
