Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update hotel/property listings across OTA platforms.

- Ensure accurate information is maintained for property details, rooms, amenities, policies, images, and other listing requirements.

- Conduct quality checks of newly onboard and existing properties as per defined requirements.

- Identify listing errors, quality gaps, and non-compliance and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.

- Maintain daily trackers and ensure all required information is updated accurately and on time.

- Follow up on pending listing and quality-related issues until closure.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Business Development, and Customer Support.

- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to defined processes and SOPs.

- Support the team in improving listing quality and overall customer experience.
