Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ORM Executive to manage and maintain the company's online reputation across digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer reviews, responding to online feedback, tracking brand mentions, and supporting customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor online mentions of the company, its products/services, and key personnel.
2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer reviews, comments, and inquiries on platforms such as social media, review websites, and forums.
3. Develop and implement strategies to address negative feedback and enhance positive sentiment.
4. Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
5. Utilize SEO techniques to optimize positive content and suppress negative content in search engine results.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online reputation management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
2.



Proven experience in online reputation management, social media management, or digital marketing.
3. Experience with crisis management and handling sensitive issues.
4. Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations related to online reputation management.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
7. Familiarity with social media platforms, review websites, and online monitoring tools.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment.
9. Certifications in digital marketing or social media management would be an added advantage.

Job Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
