- SEO Ownership
- Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives to drive consistent traffic growth
- Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and gap analysis
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to implement SEO best practices
- ASO & App Growth
- Optimize app store listings (Google Play & App Store) to improve rankings, conversion rates, and discoverability
- Run A/B tests for creatives, metadata, and user flows

- Organic Growth Strategy
- Identify and execute new organic channels, content opportunities, and product-led growth loops
- Build and monitor dashboards/KPIs to track organic performance
- Technical & Analytical Execution
- Leverage data, tools, and experimentation frameworks to make decisions
- Run audits (site/app), diagnose issues,



and collaborate with engineering to deploy fixes
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, product, content, engineering, and brand teams to ensure aligned and scalable growth initiatives
- Skills we are looking for
- Engineering background from a robust academic institution (Tier-1/Tier-2)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO, ASO, and organic growth ecosystems
- Strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and app store optimization levers
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/Semrush, AppFollow, Firebase, etc.
- Comfort with technical SEO (sitemaps, schema, page speed, crawling, indexing)
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn insights into execution
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage complex projects
- Experience working with product/engineering teams in a high-growth startup environment
- Ability to run experiments using growth frameworks
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS
- Experience with content strategy or programmatic SEO
