Job Overview

We are looking for an OSR to manage inbound leads, coordinate with customers and field sales teams, track meetings and follow-ups, support lead closures, and maintain accurate sales MIS and reporting as per company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

· Capture and compile all inbound leads received through digital campaigns, website, AI, and service engineers.

· Contact customers to validate leads and understand their requirements.

· Assign validated leads to the concerned field sales person.

· Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure timely action on assigned leads.

· Take regular follow-ups from the sales team regarding meetings scheduled with customers, whether in-person or virtual.

· Track lead progress, meetings, follow-ups, and outcomes to ensure timely movement of leads.

· Escalate leads to seniors wherever required for further action and closure.





· Compile data of closed leads and maintain accurate records.

· Obtain relevant invoices from field teams for closed leads.

· Prepare and maintain MIS and all required reports as per company SOPs.

· Ensure timely and accurate updating of lead, customer, meeting, closure, and invoice-related data.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely closure of leads.

Salary

Up to ₹3.5 LPA (Salary will depend on experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role within the specified range.)

Pay: ₹350,000.00 per year
