Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced OPD Manager to oversee order processing and operational coordination for our lab-grown diamond business. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete order lifecycle, ensuring order accuracy, coordinating with production, quality control, inventory, sales, and dispatch teams, and ensuring timely fulfilment of customer, showroom, and franchise orders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Processing & Management

- Manage the complete order processing cycle, from order receipt to final dispatch.
- Ensure accuracy of diamond specifications, product details, quantities, pricing, and delivery commitments.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely execution of all orders.
- Establish and implement SOPs for order processing and documentation.

2. Team Management

- Lead, train, and supervise the OPD team.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team productivity and performance.
- Define KPIs and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Conduct regular reviews and resolve operational challenges.

3. Interdepartmental Coordination

- Coordinate with sales, production, inventory, quality control, and dispatch teams.
- Liaise with showroom and franchise teams to manage order requirements and updates.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments to prevent delays and errors.
- Escalate critical issues and implement corrective actions.

4. Inventory & Quality Coordination

- Coordinate diamond availability and inventory allocation against confirmed orders.
- Ensure product specifications and order details match the approved requirements.
- Work closely with the QC team to ensure quality clearance before dispatch.
- Monitor stock discrepancies, shortages,



and order fulfilment issues.

5. MIS & Reporting

- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly order processing reports.
- Track pending orders, turnaround time, dispatch status, and order accuracy.
- Analyse operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in ERP or order management systems.

6. Process Improvement & Compliance

- Develop efficient workflows to improve order processing turnaround time.
- Minimise order errors, delays, and operational costs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; a relevant operations or supply chain qualification is an advantage.
- 5–8 years of experience in operations, order processing, or order management, preferably in the diamond or jewellery industry.
- Previous experience managing a team and handling high-volume orders.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.
- Excellent planning, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
