? We’re Hiring: Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Consultant | Remote

We are looking for an experienced Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations and provide functional expertise across Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud modules, particularly Grants, Project Costing, and Project Billing .

? Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Consultant, with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud PPM.
- Experience in at least 5 full-cycle Oracle PPM Cloud implementation projects , covering solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation delivery.
- Robust functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle PPM Cloud modules, particularly Grants, Project Costing, and Project Billing .
- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting fit-gap assessments, mapping business processes, and designing functional solutions.
- Hands-on experience configuring Oracle PPM Cloud modules in alignment with business requirements and Oracle best practices.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end project financial management processes and integrations across Oracle PPM Cloud modules.
- Experience preparing functional specifications, configuration workbooks, business process flows, and other implementation documentation.
- Experience conducting functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect analysis, and resolution.
- Proven ability to lead client workshops, facilitate requirements discussions, and translate business needs into effective functional solutions.
- Experience conducting user training, functional demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities and deliver high-quality results within agreed timelines.
- Previous experience implementing Oracle PPM Cloud in Germany would be an advantage.
- Oracle PPM Cloud certification is an added advantage.
- Exposure to other Oracle Cloud modules will be considered a plus.

? Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation activities across Oracle PPM Cloud modules, particularly Grants, Project Costing, and Project Billing .
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients, project teams, finance stakeholders, and business users.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, fit-gap assessments, and business process mapping sessions.
- Design and configure Oracle PPM Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements and Oracle best practices.
- Support project financial management processes, including grant management, project cost tracking, and project billing.
- Ensure appropriate functional alignment and integration across relevant Oracle PPM Cloud modules and related business processes.
- Identify opportunities to optimize project financial workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration workbooks, process flows, testing documentation, and other project deliverables.
- Plan and execute functional testing, SIT, and UAT activities, including defect identification, analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Coordinate with technical teams and other functional consultants to resolve integration and functional issues.
- Conduct client demonstrations, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure effective system adoption.
- Provide functional guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering through go-live.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project activities independently while maintaining quality standards and meeting agreed deadlines.
