Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Consultant/Lead with 8+ years of overall experience and strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle FDI solutions. The candidate should have a solid understanding of Oracle Fusion applications, analytics, data models, security, and reporting, with the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
- Configure and administer FDI, including data pipelines, functional areas, security, users, roles, and application configurations.
- Work with prebuilt FDI subject areas, KPIs, dashboards, workbooks, and semantic models.
- Design and develop custom analytics, dashboards, KPIs, visualizations, and reports based on business requirements.
- Extend FDI with custom data, including data from Oracle Fusion and external/non-Fusion sources, where required.
- Understand and work with Oracle Fusion ERP data models, particularly Finance and related functional areas.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation between Oracle Fusion source transactions and FDI analytics.
- Troubleshoot data refresh, pipeline, security, performance, and reporting issues.
- Work with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) capabilities underlying/associated with the FDI analytics platform.
- Support integrations and data movement using relevant Oracle technologies and services.
- Translate business reporting and analytics requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.




- Prepare solution/design documentation and provide knowledge transfer to customer and support teams.
- Coordinate with Oracle Fusion functional, integration, reporting, data, and infrastructure teams.
- Manage customer discussions independently and provide recommendations based on Oracle best practices.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of overall Oracle experience, with significant hands-on experience in analytics, BI, data warehousing, or reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) / Fusion Analytics.
- Good knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP, preferably Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Procurement.
- Strong understanding of FDI data models, semantic models, subject areas, KPIs, dashboards, and security.
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience in data reconciliation and troubleshooting source-to-report data issues.
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion security and its impact on FDI reporting and analytics.
- Experience working across the complete implementation lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), OCI, data integration, and related Oracle Cloud services.
- Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Fusion reporting will be advantageous.
- Experience extending FDI with additional/custom data and developing customer-specific analytics.
- Oracle Cloud / FDI / OAC certifications are preferred.
- Prior experience working with Indian customers and large enterprise Oracle Fusion programs is desirable.

Consulting & Communication Expectations The candidate should possess strong communication and presentation skills and be comfortable interacting directly with customers, business stakeholders, architects, and senior leadership. The role requires strong consulting capabilities, ownership, stakeholder management, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to independently drive FDI workstreams . Work Location Requirement: Candidate must be willing to work onsite from Bangalore as required by the engagement.
