Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

Location: Pune only (F2F Mandatory- Pune based candidates only)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation, configuration, support, and enhancements. The candidate should have expertise in core finance modules and the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
- Strong functional knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Experience in Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Tax.
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional configuration, and solution design.
- Experience in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production support.




- Knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and period-end closing.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
- Support integrations, data migration, and financial reporting requirements.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams.
- Manage testing, defect resolution, and post-go-live support.

Good to Have
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification.
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement.
- Experience in global implementations and multi-currency environments.
