We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Core HR, Absence & OTL to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM and excellent analytical skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence & OTL.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Develop and maintain documentation of implemented solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM functionality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other systems.
Job Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence & OTL.
