We are seeking an experienced Oracle OPM (Oracle Process Manufacturing) Functional Consultant with strong implementation and support experience in Oracle EBS Process Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional expertise in manufacturing processes, quality management, costing, and inventory management within Oracle E-Business Suite environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to process manufacturing operations.
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) modules.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to design and deploy Oracle EBS manufacturing solutions.
- Provide functional support, troubleshoot production issues, and drive resolution.
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, data validation, and user training.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
- Support month-end and year-end manufacturing, costing, and inventory processes.
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Hands-on implementation and/or support experience in:
- Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM)
- Oracle Process Execution
- Oracle Process Quality Management (PQM)
- Oracle Process Costing
- Oracle Inventory Management
- Strong understanding of
- Process manufacturing business processes
- Batch production and recipe management
- Quality testing and quality control processes
- Costing methodologies and inventory transactions
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to prepare business process documentation, functional specifications, and user training materials.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
