Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Engineer to manage, automate, secure and optimize enterprise cloud infrastructure on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with OCI operations, Kubernetes, Terraform, cloud networking, security, monitoring, and high availability/disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy and manage OCI infrastructure, including VCNs, subnets, gateways, routing, load balancers and hybrid connectivity.
- Manage compute instances, storage services, backups, database infrastructure and performance optimization.
- Build and maintain Kubernetes platforms using Oracle Container Engine for Kubernetes (OKE), Docker, Helm and OCI Container Registry.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks using Terraform, OCI CLI, shell scripting and GitOps pipelines.
- Implement OCI IAM policies, Identity Domains, SSO, MFA, Vault, Cloud Guard and security best practices.




- Design and test high-availability and disaster-recovery solutions, including cross-region replication and failover.
- Configure monitoring, logging and alerting using OCI native services, Prometheus, Grafana and ELK/OpenSearch.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, conduct root-cause analysis and maintain SLA compliance.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization, performance and costs.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks and compliance evidence.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Production experience with Kubernetes, preferably OCI OKE, along with Docker and Helm.
- Experience with Terraform, OCI Resource Manager, Git and CI/CD or GitOps.
- Solid understanding of cloud networking, Linux administration, IAM and cloud security.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, incident management, backup and disaster recovery.
- Good communication and customer-facing troubleshooting skills.

Mandatory Eligibility
- Current and verifiable OCI Architect Professional or OCI Cloud Operations Professional certification.
- Relevant hands-on OCI production experience.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid Pune setup and participate in rotational on-call support.
