Role & responsibilities A combination of knowledge, skill, and abilities to carry out work activities related to the operation of the plotter operation. Specific duties include:

- Operate and monitor plotter machines to ensure smooth and productive production.

- Prepare and process design files using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or similar vector design software.

- Set up machines, load material rolls, and adjust machine settings according to job requirements.

- Ensure accuracy, alignment, dimensions, and quality of printed or plotted output.

- Inspect finished output and identify defects, errors, or material wastage.

- Perform routine machine cleaning, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Handle materials such as vinyl, fabric, paper, or other production media as required.

- Maintain production records and follow workplace safety procedures.





- Coordinate with the design and production teams to complete jobs within specified timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: High school diploma (12th pass) or a technical certification/diploma in printing, graphic design, or a related field.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with vector design software (CorelDRAW, Illustrator), and hands-on experience with printers/plotters.

- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and physical stamina to handle rolls of material and stand for long hours.

- Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, signage, apparel, or print production environments.
