Role Description The Operations Manager Physio Homecare role at Kinetic Age is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of home-based physiotherapy and senior wellness services, including scheduling sessions, coordinating physiotherapists and trainers, and ensuring high-quality client care.

The Operations

Manager monitors service delivery standards, manages client onboarding and feedback, and implements operational processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. The role includes collaborating with clinical and training teams to align programs with client needs, maintaining accurate records and reports, and supporting compliance with safety and professional guidelines.

Manager also contributes to resource planning, team training, and continuous improvement initiatives across the homecare services.

Qualifications

- Experience in operations management within healthcare, physiotherapy, or homecare services, with the ability to coordinate teams and manage daily workflows.
- Knowledge of physiotherapy or rehabilitation practices, senior wellness, or related clinical services, enabling effective collaboration with physiotherapists and trainers.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills to handle scheduling, documentation, and multi-site coordination.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a professional, empathetic manner.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools and software for scheduling, record-keeping, reporting, and internal communication.
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify process improvements, and implement solutions that enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in senior care, home-based services, or community health programs in Bengaluru or similar urban settings is highly beneficial.
