Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth delivery of home-based training and wellness services. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes managing scheduling and trainer assignments, coordinating client onboarding, and maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency.

The role involves optimizing processes, tracking performance metrics, managing vendor and partner relationships, and supporting compliance with internal policies and safety standards.

The Operations

Manager will collaborate closely with trainers and leadership to improve workflows, support strategic initiatives, and enhance client satisfaction. This position requires hands-on problem solving,



proactive communication, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

- At least 3 years of experience in operations management role preferably in homecare.
- Solid operations and process management skills, including workflow optimization, resource planning, and basic data tracking and reporting.
- Experience in team coordination and people management, with the ability to support trainers, manage schedules, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Customer service and communication skills to handle client queries, resolve issues, and maintain professional, empathetic interactions with older adults and their families.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including proficiency with scheduling tools, basic documentation, and maintaining accurate operational records.
- Background in health, fitness, wellness, or allied services (such as physiotherapy or rehab support) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, healthcare management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, with flexibility to support field operations and occasional client or partner visits.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive practices in working with diverse senior populations.
