WE’RE HIRING | RETAIL OPERATIONS & FACILITIES MANAGER

Location: Wagholi, Pune

Are you experienced in MEP systems, facilities management, and retail operations? We’re looking for a proactive qualified to ensure smooth store operations, maintain critical infrastructure, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing

Oversee preventive maintenance and minimize equipment downtime

Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance

Drive energy efficiency, cost optimization, and asset upkeep

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field

3+ years of experience in Retail Operations,



Facilities Management, or MEP Maintenance

Strong technical and vendor management skills

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
