We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Executive to handle purchase, procurement, and export logistics operations in the agro commodities industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify suppliers for agro commodities and food products.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Manage purchase orders and follow up on timely material delivery.
- Coordinate quality checks, grading, sorting, processing, and packing.
- Coordinate export shipments with suppliers, transporters, freight forwarders, and Customs House Agents (CHA).
- Monitor container loading, shipment schedules, and dispatch timelines.
- Coordinate export documentation with the accounts and documentation teams.
- Maintain purchase records, supplier details, and shipment updates.
- Visit supplier locations, warehouses, and shipment sites whenever required.
