Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily operational activities and assigned tasks. Maintain employee attendance, duty rosters, and deployment records.

Coordinate with dog handlers, trainers, field staff, and site supervisors. Follow up with clients and vendors regarding operational requirements. Maintain operational documents, registers, and company records.

Prepare daily operational reports and update MIS trackers. Coordinate with HR regarding joining, relieving, and employee documentation. Assist in procurement, inventory tracking, and equipment management.





Support logistics, transportation, and site-related requirements. Monitor daily activities at assigned deployment locations. Report operational issues and emergencies to the Operations Manager. Assist with client billing records, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.

Support

GeM portal documentation and tender-related coordination. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and management instructions.

Required

SkillsGood communication and coordination skills MS Excel, Word, and basic computer knowledge Documentation and MIS reporting Time management and multitasking Problem-solving abilities Team coordination Basic understanding of operational processes QualificationGraduate in any discipline. BBA / MBA preferred.

Experience in operations, administration, logistics, security services, or manpower management will be an advantage.
