Role Description The Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing day-to-day tour and travel operations. This position involves coordinating itineraries, handling bookings, liaising with vendors and partners, and ensuring smooth execution of travel plans. The role includes monitoring service quality, resolving operational issues, and supporting customers before and during their trips.

The Operations

Executive will also assist with process improvement, maintain accurate records,



and collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient and reliable travel services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily tour processes and logistics.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess operational performance, identify issues, and support data-informed decisions.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and timelines.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage flexible schedules based on operational needs.
- Proficiency with basic office software and booking tools; experience in the travel or hospitality sector is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in operations.
