The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily operational activities related to the academy's educational programs, student support, internal processes, and branch operations to ensure smooth and effective functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of training programs and educational activities.
- Coordinate with trainers, academic counsellors, placement teams, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor batch schedules, class timings, trainer availability, and other academic operational activities.
- Maintain accurate student records, batch details, operational sheets, and reports.
- Track student attendance, batch progress, and related operational updates.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure timely execution of academic and administrative activities.
- Monitor pending tasks and follow up with the concerned teams for timely completion.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, trackers, and documentation using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ensure all operational activities follow the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Support management in improving operational efficiency and implementing new processes.
- Perform other operational responsibilities assigned by the management.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other office tools.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Any graduate.
- Experience: 1–3 years in operations, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
- Freshers with relevant skills may also be considered.
