Athena Behavioural Health is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our facility, ensuring operational excellence, patient safety, service quality, infrastructure readiness, and regulatory compliance.

? Experience: 5+ years in hospital, healthcare, rehabilitation, hospitality, or similar facility operations

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily facility operations, including housekeeping, food services, security, reception, patient movement, and support services.
- Address patient and family grievances, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation.
- Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to maintain a clean, safe, organised, and patient-friendly environment.
- Oversee infrastructure maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, lifts, and fire safety systems.
- Coordinate with maintenance agencies, AMC vendors, and external service providers for preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
- Ensure compliance with Fire NOC, lift inspections, statutory requirements, and other applicable facility licences.
- Support NABH accreditation, audits, documentation, mock drills, and corrective action plans.




- Assist with SMHA and other applicable healthcare licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Manage procurement, operational inventory, critical supplies, and vendor performance.
- Lead the operations team, monitoring attendance, discipline, grooming, training, and performance.
- Coordinate emergency response with clinical, nursing, security, and management teams.
- Maintain operational records, registers, checklists, and audit documentation.

? Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in facility and hospital/healthcare operations.
- Knowledge of infrastructure maintenance and facility management.
- Exposure to NABH standards, Fire NOC, lift maintenance, and statutory compliance.
- Effective vendor, manpower, and inventory management.
- Understanding of patient safety, risk management, and emergency response.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and crisis-management skills.
- Solid documentation, coordination, and audit-readiness capabilities.

? Qualification Graduate, MBA, or PG Diploma in Operations, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a relevant field.

Preferred Experience: Hospital, rehabilitation centre, healthcare facility, hospitality, or residential healthcare operations.
